Be a little more truthful as the type of job it is
Stop offering full time "temporary" jobs.
Employees need to feel a sense of permanent employment.
People have no reason to apply, knowing they are imminent
to lose their jobs in a few months.
One thing is they lie about the hours you work and acted shocked when you figure out that the job is 60 hours a week not 40...just shoot it straight to your employees
