What advice would you give the CEO of SPIN about how to improve it?

SPIN has a very caring CEO that created Four Pillars to guide SPIN in providing the best quality care to those we serve. My recommendation would be per a department;
Person first- listen to your first line employers.
Professionalism- ensure all assistant, direct and corporate management is dependable and governs themselves by SPIN's Pillars
Productivity- should be assessed more in management
Performance Excellence- should be assessed more in management

Lastly- Be opened minded, consider one's work ethics when issues arise, all management should be held accountable, and let in new innovative employees into management.

I think spin is really putting people first and i do appreciate it. my advice will be, keep on doing all you are already doing and see any good thing that will keep the company strong. When you put people first, they will be motivated to work herded and better the company will be.
