Too many unnecessary meetings. Overwhelmed at 15 meetings per week.
Everybody is doing their own job with minimal of team work and collaboration.
Lack of accountability when problem arises and no disciplinary act taken.
People are not being recognized for their true contribution.
Manager's preference is above the company culture and history of contribution.
