Changing culture was the biggest challenge and it was working. It is rewarding to see people change and work together. Each person is an important part of the team, and its all about the team, never the one.
a typical day at work was showing up at 8 am and getting the first repair order. I would do whatever the work that was necessary for that vehicle and ten I moved on to the next. I learned a lot of things from the line technicians such as how to perform recalls and fix more advanced problems.
I never really felt that I fit in there. I personally struggled with their process or lack of one. I tried to introduce ideas but was never taken seriously. I just need to find a job that I can matter.
all work no play watch what you say and do co-workers come and go. Its hard looking behind you. Not knowing what tomarrow is going to bring You make frends then their gone but you hang in there and do it the next day.
