Not a bad place to work but management can be a bit out of touch and concerned with $$$$$$ but some of the benefits are nice perks. don't expect raises or promotions

Splashlight was an ever-changing environment of juggling between bad ideas. Management is super shady and set up the production team for failure 95% of the time.

Work-life balanceWork-life balance at Splashlight is highly flexible depending on your position.Pay & benefitsMy pay and benefits at Splashlight are subpar. Filled with small perks to compensate.Job security and advancementIn terms of job security at Splashlight, I think hearsay works better than communication there. It has all the elements of a revolving door business.ManagementIn general, managers at Splashlight untrained in their position.CultureCollaboration with my colleagues at Splashlight is good when possible.OverallMy experience working at Splashlight started with an early peak until poor business decisions lost clients and they started tightening their belt, removing experienced managers and employees and focused more on freelancers and outsourcing.

Horrible company to work for, you will need to beg to get paid for work you did. Expect payment after 6 months of emails. No one ever responds or cares.

Late payments, 90-120days late from job date. They do not adhere the Freelance Isn't Free Act. Low rates compared to other e-commerce studios. No to little response rate from accounting. I have had to threaten and call lawyers to get paid. Work environment is 4/10, full time employees are nice but they are spread thin. They expect things to be perfect even though they are cheap about everything. If you are still interested in working here, good luck you have been warned.
