Paid Time Off (PTO) days are scalable at Spok that range from 15 to 30 PTO days depending on years of service with the company.

We have Paid Time Off or PTO. It's a fairly generous plan when you start. You get three weeks.

Hire additional project managers and reduce workload plus work with PMO group to accurately estimate project hours and give the project managers better access to team members. Do not hold PMs responsible when team members are not available to the client which delays project time but PM is held responsible if project exceeds budget.
