Gotta focus on the people. they live where they work, if they are happy they will be more productive and have the desire to see change in their community roads, bridges, and other municipalities.

I feel like I get to make a real difference for animals, and I get to make their lives a little better and often times even save them. However, management plays favorites, and if you aren't one of them then you have no job security at all, you might as well be walking on eggshells. They are also very condescending.
