We never push products! We simply educate, show how to use it, why we picked it for their hair and show them where they can grab it if interested!! Now if they buy, that’s a plus

Yes we are required to bring two products up to the register to check out with every single client even if the client said they don't use product and they weren't washed. It is blatantly about the sale and not educating the client on what would help them .

No product pushing at all . It’s for the clients to maintain the styles that they desire. So as a doctor writes prescriptions, we recommend product. We don’t push clients to buy.
