Not all are equal

My location was run by a micro manager who would critique my work in front of the customers - not a great experience. I wasn’t there long as I didn’t find joy in being told every day that I was doing things wrong but also wasn’t receiving any training to help me get better.

Good at first

at first I loved it, I advanced quickly by working hard and staying positive but once I got to assistant I felt that I had nowhere else to go. If you have a problem with your manager you have no one you can speak to about it because if you talk to the gm then it just gets back to the manager. Its not a good situation
