Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback! Our compensation plan is set up to give our stylists multiple ways to grow their income as a stylist with us. Different things like MVPs and retail sales all can help you grow your pay check at your discretion. With that being said the work has to be put in and your manager should make sure that you have all the knowledge and tools to hit these goals and be successful. You are correct, it depends on where you are located. Insurance and pay are both dependent on the store owner and can differ from location to location at the owners discretion.
