At the beginning I was so excited for my new job. I fell in love with my work and I was happy to wake up every day and go to Mazda. Then changes started happening and that would have everyone confused on who needed to do what. New employees where hired without even making sure they were the right fit for the job. A lot of slack from employees and too much disrespect. Harassment is one big thing in that place. I filed for harassment and they never took action. They keep cutting sales people’s pay plans and employees are not happy there. I loved my job but sadly to say I’m glad I’m no longer there.

Sport Mazda was a great learning experience for me in both real world situations and in the car business. I highly enjoyed the professional-high paced atmosphere that my management team delivered. A typical day at work would be starting out with either my leads or if I were to have an appointment that day. I always started by calling/emailing prospects. From then on it was a constant battle to take the next "up" or take a phone call from a customer. From meet and greeting customers to delivering their car to them! (Even 2 hours away)
