I enjoyed the atmosphere of the work place including the communication between co-workers. It was an enjoyable time working. Did not get the hours I expected but the pay was good.

It helps to be someone with vast sports/equipment knowledge but most people shop online and come into store just for hands on things and aren't necessarily looking to buy unless they know they're buying the absolute best product. As a brand the company is more limited that bigger online warehouses and has a model that's fallen behind the times and forces exceptional employees to close the gap in stores. Can't see any long term sustainability.
