Great environment, great people, and a great product. Lucky to work for such a great company. Every day I learn something new and put it to use in building great consumer facing products.

SportsEngine is a dynamic environment, although there is a lack of advancement and the Customer Success team is under paid for the level of work that is done.

Work Hard, Play Hard
Employee (Current Employee) –  Minneapolis, MNFebruary 16, 2018
The people are hardworking, passionate and respectful. Management is transparent with company information. There is always a sense of energy in the office.

If you are willing to work hard you will be rewarded with amazing opportunities for training and growth.
Pros
Amazing benefits, flexible working hours, cool location, part of the NBC Sports family
Cons
Lots of change - if you don't thrive off of that sort of thing.

Great place to be in MN - starting to act like a real company
Confidential (Current Employee) –  Minneapolis, MNFebruary 8, 2018
SportsEngine is truly starting to own its status as a great and real company. The people are very nice, and the environment is very supportive. The company has maintained a lot of its start-up roots, some good and some bad. Now that they are part of NBC, and recognized as a real power in the Twin Cities, they need to take a look at salaries. There is gross salary inequity across the departments, with several getting preferential exec treatment.
Pros
free beer and donuts
Cons
parking is a problem

Questionable
N/A (Former Employee) –  Minneapolis, MNJanuary 22, 2018
There's a lot of good in the company (lower ranking individuals), but management could not be more clueless as to what actually happens within that company, and the level of egregious (and unlawful) practices is absurd.

Market Development Representative (Former Employee) –  Minneapolis, MNSeptember 13, 2016
Good work hard play hard attitude. Up and coming company with a great organization of employees. Sometimes it was difficult to locate a progression path within the organization.
