SpotOn is a great company with a clearly superior product. It is remote and you have to cold call all the time because you create your own leads. You’re basically building a business from the ground up. If you have any kind of trouble being your own boss then this isn’t for you. It pays very well if you close deals but the company is growing so much it’s difficult to get support from your manager sometimes. They are getting better though and this is a fantastic opportunity if you can put in the work on your own.

Very difficult if you don't have 3-6 months of income saved. So much to learn in a short time period and very difficult when working remotely. They dob't provide the tools necessary to really do an effective job such as a tablet that works,with their software.

Desde que comienzas tu capacitación no tienes la seguridad de quedarte, pues asi será hasta que entres a tomar llamadas, te van a poner a prueba continua, cuando entre el flujo de llamadas no era tanto por lo que estaba bien, ahora que están creciendo el flujo de llamadas en mayor y la exigencia también, han implementado Worforce y sus demandas son ridículas, tienes que mostrar empatía, no pasarte ni 1 minuto de breaks, lunchs, ser excelentemente robotico en cada llamada con un speech creado por ellos. La carga de trabajo es demasiada, los procesos dentro de la compañía son difíciles, la verdad mejor entren a otro Call center.

The AE position offers a really good work/life balance and the other AE's are very supportive and genuinely root for everyone to close accounts. It's a really interesting job and you get to meet lots of interesting company owners.

People are great at Spoton. Everyone is very helpful and supportive. It takes time to get to know the product when you start. I enjoy my work here !
