Broken system. Very loud and chaotic especially for resident's who has dementia. The resident to nurse ratio is overwhelming. It's an assembly.

8 hour shifts. Not a lot of hours for part time workers

Very smooth. The longest part is the mandatory online certification training.

They use to start u off with 9.25 hr now its 10.00

They are very strict about overtime so no worries. You just work 40 hours. You might get stuck working different shifts or doubles but don’t think your inconvenience matters. You just will have to take off another day. Don’t expect a Thank You. EVER!!
