Pretty Good Product, Some Management Challenges

Company has a good product and happy customers which is always good. Top Heavy with senior management with some duplicative roles. Eventually I think they will get bought because the competitors in this space have grown faster and SpringCM is not the market leader or even the number 2 player anymore.
Pros
Good culture, friendly work environment, people generally get along well
Cons
no women in management, not very good with biz metrics beyond sales, old school marketing

*I call on the Enterprise (3000+ employees) for NorCal.
* Working remotely is fine though response times from the Chicago HQ can be frustrating.
*I enjoy how our solution has helped transform our user's day-to-day jobs and ultimately drive more revenue for the company
* Challenging aspect of the job has been name recognition in the industry
