I need a job that has more hours. As a Classified Employee, we do not get paid for the summer break like the certified employees do. Summers are getting a little tougher every year and I think it's time for me to look for a job with more hours.

I think they need to re-think their special ed program. Special Education Assistants need to be brought into the team more, in terms of more information about the student they are with, initially as well as ongoing.
