I was proud of my job and worked hard. They don’t tolerate mistakes. Not life or death mistakes - but minor silly mistakes become a big deal. 99 things done right and all they focus on is the 1 thing you did wrong. Never enough staffing.
Expected to stay late each day and then told to leave early at the end of the week so they could avoid paying overtime.
What advice would you give the CEO of Springstone, Inc. about how to improve it?
I would fire every HR Diector and start over as HR is the gatekeeper for higher ups within the company. The culture will never change with current HR need new and innovative ways to reignite the employees passion for working as hard as they do.
It is suppose to happen once a year unless you are one of the CEO favorites then you can get a raise whenever you ask for one
How long does it take to get hired from start to finish at Springstone, Inc.? What are the steps along the way?
Interview, week orientation, 2 weeks training. If more training is needed they are open to helping you with it.
Stressed out as those that work get overworked so that the favorites can sit back and mess around, and collect raises.
