Doomed. I heard about them from other people that I worked with and got hired. At first it was great but now they're no better than UHS. I left and went back to UHS because they at least pay fair. I was all excited to work for some place different but that company has took a nose dive in to money being #1.

Everyone was excited about a new company getting in to the game. I used to hear how great it was which is why I left my old job. I didn't feel good about my old company which is why I made the change. Now I regret giving up my seniority because this is the same thing only with terrible benefits and 401k.

For the sake of people in need, I would hope this company doesn’t last as there is a lot of fraud and abuse of employees. Not saying this to seem vindictive. They are too money hungry to last as people, patients and employees are beginning to catch on

If corporate doesn’t fix the obvious problems and allows the Springstone philosophies to tarnish, this company will fail and be seen as no better than typical state ran facilities. Heck even worse..
