Instability. One day you're feeling great about where you work, the next day you're working with one less person becuase the CEO can't give you the hours. They preach about patient care but when it comes down to it I get sent home and the other PCA is upset. Staffing shouldn't be short.

The absolute WORST MANAGEMENT ever experienced. The best employees are smart enough to leave or they just blindly comply to keep their jobs. What a disappointment to what was supposed to be a great resource.
