Lack of professionalism and lack of knowledge from the CEO and the leadership team. The majority of them had no behavioral health background so they were not able to support their staff properly.

Rainier Springs is incredibly stressful. The environment is punitive. You can work hard and it will never be enough. They don't care about their employees. Seeking employment elsewhere before it gets worse. If you enjoy a hostile work environment, you'll do well at Rainier Springs

Constant change in paperwork, redundancy, no support from management and being harassed for working, as a non-salary part time therapist, bare minimum hours when they keep adding paperwork. Not patient oriented at all
