Springstone is constantly understaffed due to a high turn over rate in addition to HR not being able to hire anyone that sticks around past their first 90 days. Therefore, it is very fast paced and stressful. For example, there have been times when one nurse has had 24 patients and no help from management with only 2 PCAs.
