Took me a span of 3 weeks. I interviewed with the store manager, and then had a video call with a few of the managers throughout the district. Sent me my acceptance letter via email as well as instructions on where to take my drug test. Once everything came back clear (within 2 days), I received a phone call on when I could start.

Bi-weekly, and the commission is something to be desired, if you ever RECIEVE a commission check! Also, if you leave/quit/fired YOU forfeit all commission.
