Terrible. You are to be on call for them 7 days a week, 24hrs a day.
You are expected to work in store at least 45 per week, and that doesn't include conference calls and emails. Company shows no respect for personal time, and will force or mandate days and schedule changes literally a day or two before. No planning or scheduling from a corporate level.

Raises are based on sales. On average a sales rep earn 2-3 raises a year. Too sales reps can earn 3 to 4 a year.
