Terrible. Staffing is always an issue because reps only make $10 and hour. Salaried employees work in excess of 50+ hours per week even when staffed. I had 4 days off over the course of almost 3 months. Last minute conference calls and emails into the wee hours of the morning. Its an 80+ hour a week job and you get paid like its 35. Just awful.
Slavery. Most managers are forced to work minimum of 6 days a week due to lack of staffing. Company has no direction, abuses and takes advantage of employees, especially managers.
Terrible. You are to be on call for them 7 days a week, 24hrs a day.
You are expected to work in store at least 45 per week, and that doesn't include conference calls and emails. Company shows no respect for personal time, and will force or mandate days and schedule changes literally a day or two before. No planning or scheduling from a corporate level.

Horrible. The employee turnover is out of control. This forces management to pick up the slack and work sometimes 60 hours a week. No life, If you have kids forget about seeing any of their activities because you will be working.
