Team Lead (Current Employee) –  Parsippany, NJSeptember 25, 2017
A fantastic start up company joining with lackluster Sprint. Sprint Connect had the right vision, they treated their employees right. Sprint Connect was overtaken by Sprint corporate in early September of this year. You'll be missed.
Pros
free lunches

Lead Consultant Coordinator (Former Employee) –  Hialeah, FLAugust 3, 2017
This was a sales driven work environment with daily, weekly, and monthly individual goals. There was always a path to advance your position. Pay was based off hourly wage plus commission. Your main goal was to come into work and make calls to increase traffic, handout flyers out the door, or go out and search for new customers. Team work was essential.
Pros
Great team work, enjoyable sales environment, career advancement
Cons
Deal with customers even on day off, always selling

Key Account Manager (Current Employee) –  Ocean County, NJAugust 3, 2017
Sprint connect was fantastic to work for, Suddenly we have been liquidated into sprint and it is all turning into S***. ( Pay cuts, no negotiation Terrible DM and higher management), My Store manager is an amazing person. After this transfer to corp im not sure what will happen although, allot of other stores lie to get there sales we as sprint connect where based on customers first sales; second..Sprint themselves are not like that. Its a shame having faith in a growing company that gets bought out and everything turns on its head and you find yourself wondering whats next? do i still have a job? why am i getting a pay cut? all in all sprint connect was Amazing.. Sprint Corp, Really got to work on your game. Terrible

The company has been sold to Sprint and is closing its corporate office. All 97 of its retail stores are being converted to Sprint or one of its dealer partners.

District Manager/Store Manager (Former Employee) –  FloridaJune 7, 2017
Worst job I've ever had. The senior leadership is so horrible that the company is so far in the red. They bought a rent a CEO to save the universe and they are seeing exactly what their rent a CEO is worth. Nothing!
Pros
I net a few good people

The company

Sprint Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Orlando, FLDecember 20, 2016
Fairly new start up company..need better management and training. Unfortunately too much control and decision making is given to one person with a very biased attitude.
