No comunicating with staff as a whole from upper management. Always something negative is giving to staff from department head. Instead of working towards future goals. It feels like we are in a stand still. Ordering and scheduling all over the place. No leadership. Just feels like work and a struggle to get through the day.

I would make my team understand how important their jobs are everyday. I would work with my team and encourage them to do more and better to get to the next level of their career. I would respect their input on how to make the department and store better. I would do my best and give my all to the company.
