I worked with them for 2 years. I was placed at Montgomery County position working with computers. Once they place you, consider it your first and last position. They do not place you anywhere else so don't listen when they say "If anything better pops up we will move you to a better paying job." There are no raises. Its a staffing company. They make money off of every hour you work (ex: they offer you $14 but get $27 from the employer) so they have no incentive to lose money by paying you more. I worked very hard and the place I was put at really liked me. I had no issues with my position they put me at but once the place closed they stopped placing me. I tried to contact them over the last year and they will not answer my phone calls or email me back. If I was an employee who didn't show up to the site or took several days off I would understand the no response method but that just was not the case. Pick a different staffing agency if you have to go this route.
40 hour weeks
No raises, benefits, new job offers, return phone calls/emails
