Hire more employees directly, do away with the temporary services. People appreciate their job a lot more when they start at a decent pay and receive health benefits straight off. Improve on the scheduling of overtime. No one wants to work 12hrs/7days, especially with little to no breaks. Management/HR needs to be more considerate and understanding of an employees home life.
