Electrical Technician II (Former Employee) – Morehead, KY – July 7, 2019
I worked in maintenance on the electro-plating line. Supervisor was ok and the work wasn't bad. The problem was the forced overtime. It was usually a 7 day a week job. To get a day off, you had to take a vacation day or an occurrence. One month I had 3 days off. They gave me two occurrences. If you want to work at SRG you might as well plan on living there.
They do not hire at three months that is a lie they are inconsistent
Operator (Former Employee) – Morehead, KY – June 27, 2019
Temp Employees work longer then three months and are still not hired in full time. Srg made temps take two weeks off with out pay during a one week shut down. Even a hard worker that has not missed any days still is waiting to get hired thru. Signed a contract stating that gureentee hire on 90 days. It’s a lie!!!
Worker (Former Employee) – Covington, GA 30014 – June 25, 2019
Overall, the company needs better management, a company handbook, a better culture. They don't know how to treat their employees. Leadership needs better communications and supervisory training in order to lead over someone
its a good job to work at if you like easy work and lay back work the pay is good. The hours are excellent every body was like family there. the only thing about the job is that you have to inspect the parts very carefully
Automotive Trim Press Operator and Quality (Former Employee) – Morehead, KY – April 10, 2019
I have never been somewhere ran by such incompetent management leaching off of the company. Blatant disregard for employees and safe working conditions. Will be over 100 degrees spring, summer and fall with freezing temperatures in winter. OSHA violations rampant unless they are warned about inspections. Severe overworking of employees including those with work related injuries. Constantly finding loopholes and ways to get out of workers comp and anything they might be liable for. insanely high turnover with people staying 1 day-week tops. Now 7 days a week for most employees. 10-12 hour shifts incredibly common.
work 10-12hrs a day, recently went to 7 days a week
Crew Member (Current Employee) – Farmington, MO – April 3, 2019
I have been here a very long time. It is okay if you can get within the right rhythm and balance of Factory work. I do feel that benefits and pay is substandard for hourly labor that work on the factory floor. This facility is filled with great people but their attitudes on how they feel about their company is not a positive one, with good reason.
it is a nice place to work if you don't mind getting a little dirty, it laid back and the people out there is friendly and so is the manger. you just look at car parts and make sure thing is wrong with them, if there was you would trim or cut them after you got done you would packed then in the right packing.
Plating Rack Technician (Former Employee) – Morehead, KY – March 6, 2019
Worked there for 4 years, worst I have ever been treated by any employer. Stay away! The management is terrible and they have 0 respect for you. Won't let you use vacation time when you need it and you have no sick days or personal days. No family time, you will work 6 to 7 days a week.
PLANNING COORDINATOR (Current Employee) – Evansville, IN – February 20, 2019
Although there are great people that work here, the long hours and the constant stress of the job make this a difficult place to work. The management style has changed and is not conducive to growth and maturation.
Molding Technical Manager (Former Employee) – Evansville, IN – February 13, 2019
SRG Global has the potential to be a very good place to work. However, constant management changes make it hard to get stability. The instability leads to working 6-7 days per week and a very poor work-life balance.
