Best compant to work for!
Housekeeping Room Attendant (Former Employee) –  Glynco, GAFebruary 6, 2019
The management was the best! During the shut down after the hurricane the manager went out and found jobs for employees. They valued every employee as a member of the team.

Very fast paced, challenging job with great rewards.
Utility Worker (Former Employee) –  Brunswick, GANovember 20, 2018
My job was a very physical one. It required being physically in shape and motivated. There were no elevators. I was required to climb three floors of stairs all day long with hundreds of flat sheets, pillow cases, blankets, spreads, linen every morning. I had to pull on every floor, as well as typical maintenance of the building and its contents. The job is very fast paced and requires self management and motivation.
Pros
I enjoyed the physical aspect of the job.
Cons
Short lunch break

House keeping (Current Employee) –  North Little Rock, AROctober 30, 2018
It's contract so there is no 401k plan with this job and the health insurance is extremely high. Good thing about this job you get all federal government holidays off.
Pros
Federal government holidays off
Cons
Don't pay enough

Desk Clerk (Current Employee) –  Glynco, GAAugust 20, 2018
You are forced to pay for poor insurance that local practices do not want to accept and the enrollment time conflicts your ability to browse other insurance options, the management's word is unreliable , different buildings and different shifts have unequal work loads.
Pros
Steady pay check
Cons
Forced Healthcare & "favorite" system

Management wasn't too great in main building.
Housekeeper (Former Employee) –  North Little Rock, ARAugust 4, 2017
Normally liked the job but the management and supervision in main building was lazy and rude. As far as day to day work, it was an easy job to do. Fairly good place to work if the higher up would just fix the management here.

Great Organization--
Business Development (Former Employee) –  Atlanta, GAApril 21, 2017
Great Company, great people-in a highly competitive environment of procuring government contracts, SRM prides itself on an immediate response time without the corporate bureaucracy found in the larger companies--its a shame more government contracting officals remain ignorant to this.
Pros
work from home
Cons
competitive field

Great staff
Quality Control Inspector/Housekeeper (Former Employee) –  Brunswick, GA 31525January 11, 2017
I've always looked forward to going to work until the work was doubled and the staff remained the same. My supervisor was a wonderful leader and team player. If I had the opportunity to go back I would not but only because it required to much on one person at the time. Things may have changed by now but than it was not fair at all. When I say Quality Control Inspector/ Housekeeper is because we had to clean them and check them before the Supervisor's and the Government did.
Pros
Job security
Cons
Physical strain

hard hours to work with children at home
Housekeeper (Former Employee) –  Brunswick, GAJanuary 9, 2017
I loved working with the residents. it is however hard to work when all of management is related one way or another. working 4 days on and 2 days off makes it extremely difficult to be at home on weekends with children. favoritism is highly shown come time for days off that land on a holiday even if it is your assigned day off. they give it to certain other people that they favor and make you feel bad for not working it.
Pros
lunch discount
Cons
favoritism

Deputy Project Manager (Current Employee) –  Atlanta, GAAugust 9, 2015
SRM Group is a small disadvantaged government consulting firm, which specializes in business process improvement, health information technology, and business management. I am currently employed by SRM Group as a government contractor for the DOD. As a remote employee, I have only worked with the company's president. I enjoy working for SRM Group. I would reccomend this company to a colleauge.
