Overwhelming

They are currently very strict on over time, they decided to make changes/ added more clients for us to take phone calls for, the systems used for simple things are outdated. It’s just not the best place to work long term.

It’s nice to work from home. The training sucks, it’s just sitting in a meeting for 8 hours a day watching someone work on cases. Also the clients are always rude and it’s always the end of the world.
