Compensation could be better compared to other places. Upper management is decent but not the best. Job security is really good as SS&C rarely has layoff and advancement depends on your performance and your managers opinion on your performance. Culture varies from office to office but is not bad in my opinion. Work life balance depends you will have a few long nights here or there but generally it’s not too bad.

Great place to work, and they treat you like a person. Fair pay for good work, all Federal Holidays paid for when you got off. and you worked Monday thur Friday except if there was a special mission.

The summary pretty much tells you what you need to know. Compensation is low. Overtime is constant during tax season and in my later time there, it became an everyday thing. I was working around 10-11 hours per day. It was obvious that my team needed an additional person, but the company did nothing. I got a lot of praise from teammates and managers and was recommended for promotions multiple times, but I never got one. I was offered one in my last year there, but I didn't accept it since they would not offer a raise with it.

Great company with a great story. Very busy/high growth-every changing environment. No day was the same. Smart people-growing business segments-exciting to be part of it
