It was awful going to work there. Knowing, that most of the time, nurses have too many patients, there is poor communication between units, and there is no time to break for a meal. I feared for the patients well being.

I've worked there. You couldn't pay me enough to work in that atmosphere. I'm too educated to lower myself to the standards of SSM at St. Louis University Hospital.
Listen to your employees. Just because someone has been there for several years doesn't mean they are good for the company.
