Main concern, you do everything!! From sun up to sun down! No consolation, advancements, no progression, and pay. RN' s and Administration will help you by watching and not taking an interest. Rehab Techs (CNA) are dealt with unjustifiably by higher staff. Administration, RN's, PT, and OT will disregard call lights. They will hunt you down like a blood hound as opposed to helping the emergence of the patient.
