Broad position but underpaid
I enjoyed my work with this company, and fully enjoyed the families i worked with in a rural upstate NY setting. Additionally, I really engaged well with the school staff I worked with. i left because the intensive documentation started to get in the way of the time and effort I spent doing the actual clinical work which i was initially hired for.
ProsStrong staff, moderate benefits, holidays off
ConsTravel which was undercompenstated for, moderate management, and a few in supervisory positions with poor training and social skills with staff
