I worked at SPGH for almost two years as a CNA. Overall, I liked my stay at the hospital. I was a PRN CNA but there was always an opportunity to work. You can be a CNA but can be trained to do so much more like patient sitting, monitor technician, safety technician and etc. Totally, a lot of opportunities available.
As long as you meet your hours, - more... you can always call in the nursing supervisor if they need someone to stay longer to do the next shifts vital signs if they are short staffed with CNAs or ask to work for another 4 hours if they need someone to help out. - less
