Management can’t manage and the favorites they choose do no wrong. Lots of favorites and if you apply for position you have done for over 8 months. They give you excuses not to advance you and hire someone else to do the job you’ve been doing. They do not know anything about preferred workers for the State of Oregon. Also overtime is not allowed.
