Stressful environment
Written by Nurse Technician (Former Employee) from Utica, NY on March 14, 2019
Management/staff tedious requests made this job more stressful than it had to be, taking away from patient care. Always short staffed, and equipment was either broken or missing, making most tasks a hazard to staff or patients.
Pros
Flexible hours
Cons
Short staffed, poor equipment
