It was fun while it lasted
BHC Psychiatric Technician (Former Employee) –  Phoenix, AZAugust 7, 2018
I work there for about 6 months. The management is okay they try to work with you and all that. Coworkers are sleeping around like crazy. The patients are okay but also psychotic at the same time so if like that environment it's perfect for you.

A typical day at work was 2 16 hour shifts and 1 8 hour shift per week. Unit was very understaffed most days. Good pay and benefits. Very little training provided in orientation.
