I'm a current employee. They stopped giving raises after December 2016. FYI. Even to date they weekly communication from the CEO state they are "still working on it" to create a new compensation program....it's 2018 now. I haven't received a raise in two years now.

Once a year and the highest raise you can get is 25 cents

Yearly raises. Dont expect much for a raise. New employees make more than employees working there for several years.

Used to be yearly. Now they pay based on median of "market value" -- nurses getting no raise in 2016 was not unusual.
