Stop buying up every floundering hospital in the area and strengthen your core base in the ways that make them feel valued, not in the ways you can tout you go the extra mile to make them know they’re appreciated. ASK THEM what makes them feel valued.

Closer to home and it would be in addition to my present pisition; another job PT, since hours have been cut at my PT position at St Luke's Miners Memorial Hospital. We had been working 3, 12 hr shifts, basically FT with only PT benefits.....were hoping for FT and possibly management position after 1 yr of hire, since I have a BS degree in health care administration, and working on my Masters degree now. Hanging in till 2 other hospitals are completed, Orisburg &/or Quakertown, Pa.
