I don't tell people I work for St. Mary's they assume that I get paid a lot of money for the job I do , I do not. I will hide my badge if I have to run out on my lunch break.

I often would not tell people, the general public in the area were under the assumption that because they are a large employer for the area, that it made them a good employer. My experience was that they were willing to hire very quickly but not compensate by way of wages or benefits to make the job worth while.
