Good place to work.. Friendly and supportive staff.

At. Patrick home is accessible to the staff who usually commute going to work. Clean place with safe environment. The staff are very friendly, helpful and supportive.The facility is ideal to work as a Nurse.They pay fair enough to the employees.

The worst work environment very toxic.

The whole job atmosphere is chaotic. Short staff, no management stays for too long. They shorten people’s work days saying they don’t have enough to pay them. HR messes up paperwork and peoples benefits to the point of peoples benefits not being paid and it getting cut off. Supervisors have favorites and so do nurses and so on. It’s so short staff it’s hard to even get a break at times.

Great workplace!

Very well maintained and organized facility. They are very caring and sensitive to your demands and needs. They always have a helping hands and never ending guidance. Management is very approachable. Residents and the CNA are easy to work with. Sometimes we are short staffed but that's every medical facility. I recommend this place for newly grad great start to learn here. They are very considerate and kind.

Caring and committed staff working hard to serve and protect the elderly

My work responsibilities are considerable and diverse. Although I am not part of the clinical staff, I always feel part of the Carmelite Mission and am involved in preserving the standards, values and quality of care. The best part of the job is the people I see every day who are so committed; be it the Sisters, the staff or the volunteers. We are all immersed in providing the best possible care for the elderly. I derive a huge sense of satisfaction from this purpose and am proud to be part of this organization

Stay away

They dont treat people like human beings. No respect and over worked . Management always puts you down instead of encouraging you to do better and you dont even have the tools you need to get the job done . All management tells you is if you dont like your job find a new one
