The most useful review selected by IndeedReally enjoyable ethos in the company, everybody sings from the same hymn sheet and there isn't a single person you couldn't rely on to help you out if needed. Amazing variety of projects to satisfy even the most overactive of minds, with a great set of clients. With a strong focus on delivery there is no micro-management on an intra-day basis and you are trusted to deliver.

Fast paced and highly rewarding workplace

StableLogic has a strong and supportive company culture that is set by leadership and is prevelant throughout the business.There is no typical working day, the pace is fast and employees work on numerous topics giving us bredth of exposure and a satisfying day job.StableLogic work on big projects that make a real difference to how clients operate, I personally find that aspect of what we do very rewarding.The attitude to leadership is fresh and modern and the managers work hard on developing peoples skills.

Encouraging team

I’ve only been with the team for about 5 months now and so far I have really enjoyed it. Everyone is really friendly and we all get on really well with each other. Only about half of the team come into the office and the rest work from home all over the UK. The ones that do come in, we tend to go out with each other after work for team bonding quite often. StableLogic have been really accommodating with giving me a helping hand where I need it, There are lots of projects that you would get involved with, and they are all varied so you wouldn’t have any two of the same day. Overall, I really have enjoyed and want to stay within Stablelogic long term.
Pros
Working with international companies means getting to know people from all over the world
Cons
Because of time zones and working with global companies, you may have meetings at unsociable hours
