Questions and Answers about Staff Power Global, LLC Hiring Process

13 questions about working at Staff Power Global, LLC

  • Staff Power Global is so fast at getting employees hired on. They’re always working with a sense of urgency so you can tell they respect your time. When you come into the office, they tell you the jobs they have available that are good for you based on type of job you want like office or warehouse for example, the area you want to work in, work schedule, and pay rate you’re comfortable with. As long as you’re good with one of the jobs they have, they normally have either an interview with the client company scheduled or give you start information by that day, sometimes even while you’re at the office! The steps to work with Staff Power Global are to apply to their job ad such as one on Indeed, the recruiter will reach out to you for a scheduled time to come do the new hire paperwork, you come to the office to do the new hire paperwork, and you either interview with the client company or start the next business day. The only exception is if there’s an issue with your new hire paperwork or if you refuse a job, but even refusing a job is rare because when they schedule you to come in they’ll tell you about the jobs to make sure you’re good with the jobs they have so you should know ahead of time. From the moment you come into the Staff Power Global office to do your new hire paperwork to the end, it’s really how fast you can type, but it takes most people about 30 minutes.

  • The recruiters at Staff Power Global are all so professional, experienced, and you can tell they truly do everything in their power to get you a job that’s right for you. They’re so fast too. You apply online on one of their job ads to show you’re interested, they reach out to you, you come into the office to do the new hire paperwork, they even update or make your resume for you, they always have jobs so unless you refuse a job on your own there’s pretty much a great job for everyone. When they’re doing a phone interview or in person interview, they always ask what area you want to work in, what type of work you’re looking for like warehouse or office for example, and pay range you’re comfortable with. They only drug test if the client company you’re going to work at requires one, some do and some don’t. I’m so impressed with everything Staff Power Global has done for me and everyone I’ve referred.
