Decent pay
The pay was decent, but the welders are treated like royalty, and management doesnt seem to care about anyone else. The work is dirty with alot of heavy lifting, but easy to learn with little to no prior experience.

Awesome General Manager - Owner a nightmare
The GM was wonderful to work for. Very supportive and fair. The owner was very difficult. Would only come a few times a year but turned everyone upside down. Would change processes and job duties without consideration of the managers and employees.
