Horrible Place to Work
Driver (Current Employee) –  Jal, NMNovember 7, 2018
First of all this company is cheap very cheap. They pay their employees horribly! They were giving us 14 hrs a day for a long time now they just give us 12.6 not really enough money to be working in the oilfield! There are other places that pay way more! Now they give a 50 dollar gift card to a few employees to make up for taking away hours. It’s just not enough money! They use cheap parts on their trucks and literally try to save every penny. The man camp is a joke, they try to stuff as many people in one room as they can. Packed like sardines!
Pros
Excellent Manager and office staff
Cons
Everything

Very unsafe equipment
Former employee (Former Employee) –  Carlsbad, NMOctober 21, 2018
The girls in the office were great, the equipment was deplorable at best. Very unsafe equipment, trailers broke down daily, trucks were unspeakably unsafe and nothing ever worked. Equipment was patched together and thrown back out into the desert. Very unsafe. Don't waste your time with this outfit.
Pros
office staff were nice
Cons
unsafe and dangerous equipment/working environment

Trucks are unsafe and i would not work for them. I brought it up to their attention and they did not care they drive those rigs on the deadliest highway in the US and they still dont care about the drivers one driver died there and he was given the blame i honestly think it was the truck!

It had its good and bad
Billing Clerk (Former Employee) –  Artesia, NMAugust 14, 2018
Buildings were a safety hazard not very well kept. Managers or Corporate never did anything to improve them. Managers never communicated well with billing clerks. Emails were often read but never replied too.
