Best change I've made

Being around people with a sense of humor is a must for me and that's been great. It's easy to take time off for myself, or my family and they give out bags or baskets of stuff for holidays. There's always stuff for us and our kids too. It really seems like they try to make it family friendly.

Great place to work in general!

I have been with the company for sometime now and have found the working environment to be calm and to have a family like atmosphere. The stress level is minimal but like any job there can be some from time to time with deadlines. I would say the owners have giant hearts for there employees and try hard to create a friendly, safe and productive work/life balance approach for the employees.

Takes excellent care of employees

Never have I worked for a company that cares so much about their employees. Taking care of their employees thru safety and overall concern for employee wellbeing and happiness are evident daily. They welcome ideas for improvement and change and listen to their employees. They lead by example and never ask of their employees something they are not willing to do themselves.
