There is no room for advancement. Favoritism is alive and well in the Salem Corporate HQ's.
They claim a no harrasement/bullying policy..I personally know better. The only reason I stayed is because a paycheck is better than no paycheck. I cried myself to sleep many nights because of them
Dishonesty and unprofessionalism of management and exhaustion from being over worked due to mandatory weekly and weekend overtime.
