Working hours depend on the position and location. Most Sales Consultants will have a day off during the middle of a week as they will work on Saturdays. Our dealerships, like most, are open in the evenings and the hours can be late. We do put an emphasis on work/life balance.

Stanley Auto Group provides employees 4 PC days per calendar year. In addition, after 1 year of employment, employees earn 10 vacation days on their anniversary date and will earn an additional 5 vacation days after 5 years of employment for a total of 15 vacation days plus the 4 pc days.

Raises are based on performance. In the auto industry, most individuals are on commission based pay plans. An increase in pay is based on the performance of the individual. Hourly employees are eligible to have pay reviewed annually and may qualify for a raise based on performance and profitability of the dealership location.
