Written by Shipping Clerk (Former Employee) from Danbury, CT on February 19, 2019
Days are extremely repetitive. With the heavy shuffle of management over the past few years, the division of employee and management has increased. office entry level is below average, if joining the union workers only join if you intend on doing the same job with the company for many years to come. No room to grow with levels of seniority not moving - more... for many years to come.
